morning speaker wasJackie Cheer
who is Deputy Chief Constable of Suffolk and a former Essex Girl!
She told us of her experiences in the
Police Force and that even now some attitudes towards women in the
Force have not changed from We were delighted to have Terry Waite as one of our speakers at this new venue for our Federation. After lunch we had the pleasure of having Terry speak about his experiences. He is a person known to us all and we were so fortunate that he was able to join us. |
