Mundon W.I.

There is very good disabled access. A ramp at the side of the main door leads straight to the hall.

Mundon W.I. has a lively and interesting programme and a membership consisting of a mix of new and old members. We meet in the new village hall and are very much leading lights in the life of the village, and hold a flower show every September and which members of the village are invited to enter.

April 2nd	Sees us visiting Jenny's bluebell wood to share a picnic
April 13th	Hazel Ridgeway showing us how to make bread. We are also having the competition for the Spring Group meeting entry which is a 3-course meal in a box, and the winner will go to the meeting.
April 20th	Coffee morning at Blackwater Farm where we are invited to "come and see the Blondes" their prizewinning herd of cows
April 29th	Viking Spring Group Meeting at Maldon Town
May 11th	"History of Fingerprints"

August 11th	A car treasure hunt will begin at the Victory Hall in Mundon leading to a mystery destination where we will have a pre-booked meal.
September 14th	A "coffee morning" in aid of the McMillan cancer support nurses
October 12th	Beetle Drive and Supper
November 9th	Annual Meeting
	We are staging a Winter Wonderland Bazaar at the Victory Hall in Mundon and need many many W.I.people to come

There is a competition each month to coincide with the subject of the evening, and a Flower of the Month competition
